We ship across the United Arab Emirates. Here's exactly what to expect.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed the following Sunday.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 5–12 business days from dispatch. Delivery is free on all orders — there are no shipping charges added at checkout.
Where your order ships from
Our devices are shipped from our supplier's overseas fulfilment centres. This is why delivery takes longer than a local courier, and it's how we keep prices lower than UAE retail. Your order is tracked from dispatch to your door.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take 2–3 business days to become active after you receive it — this is normal and does not mean your order hasn't shipped.
Customs and duties
All duties and import charges are included in the price you pay. You will not be asked for additional payment on delivery.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can amend an address within 12 hours of ordering — email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and either resend or refund in full.
